Another "Here lieth the Body of Elizabeth the Wife of Richard Cuthbert who departed this life Feb the 13th 1784 Aged 38 years.
Another "In Memory of Thomas Keall, who departed this life Feb 22nd 178. In the 39th year of his (sic) age". Another "In Memory of John Hill who died April the 15th 1780 Aged 30 Years. Also Jane Hill who died March the 10th 1781 Aged 30 years". Another "In Memory of Robert Hill who died May the 2nd 1780 Aged 68 Years", Another "In Memory of Nanny the daughter of Joseph and Mary Barron who died July the 7th 1823 in the third year of her Age. But Jesus called them unto him and said, Suffer little Children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for such is the Kingdom of God" Another "Sarah Pearson, departed this Life, April 24th 1793, Aged 19 Years. This beautiful Branch of Vines, So tender did we nurse; And by some eastern Gale of Wind, Or some pernicious Frost, Nip'd the tender Bud and we, The blooming Flower lost". On the West Side of the Church Yard, a Headstone "In Memory of Martin Quickfall who departed this Life Jan 2nd 1811 Aged 23 Years. Oh! Cruel Death that would not be denied, But broke the Bonds of Love so lately tied, Non can suppose they can repent too soon, I found it Night before I thought it Noon. These are all the memorials to the dead in the Church Yard of Grassby.
