PARTICULARS OF A FREEHOLD ESTATE SITUATE AT CLIXBY

The allotment of arable land in the moor in the occupation of Mr John Hannath containing 10a 3r 34p. The great and small tithes of the parish of Clixby extending over 1140 acres of arable, meadow and pasture land.

Subject to the repairs of the chancel of the church of Clixby and a reserved annual rent of seven pounds to the Prebendary - and the stipend of the Minister of thirteen pounds six shillings and eight pence.

It is hereby declared and agreed by and between William Smith, an agent for the Vendors of the Estate and Premises mentioned in the above particulars and John Hood esq of Nettleham Hill, that the said John Hood esq has become the purchaser of the premises above at the sum of three thousand five hundred pounds and that the sum of three hundred and fifty pounds hath been laid down by him to the said William Smith on account of the said three thousand five hundred pounds by way of a deposit and in part of the said purchase money and the attached conditions of sale shall be taken as Terms of Agreement and to be observed and fulfilled by the Vendors and the said John Hood esq.
